On Friday, April 21st, Western Iowa Tech held its annual skills day competition where students from local and area high schools come to compete in different challenges for WIT scholarships. This years turnout was great and a total of 14 students ended up competing in our Video game design challenge, where each student was tasked with creating their own playable game level within a given time limit.
